Dear Jack and family. It's Kathy, Alan's sister, here. I am so sad to learn that Violet has left us. I only had a chance to meet her a few times. But she left a wonderful impression! So sweet and warm, and outgoing! I will always remember the incredible hug she gave me at our Mom's burial. It was a "knowing" hug; she knew exactly what I was feeling and it comforted me. Jack and family. I was so sad to hear of Violet’s passing. She truly was, without a doubt, the most amazing and loving person I have ever had the pleasure to know. Violet was so much like her mom, I can remember many years ago when she lived on Main Street in Fredericton and her mom would come to town for a visit. We always got together and played many games of cards. Her legacy lives on Jack.
