Norman and family, Tracy and I were sad to hear of the passing of your father. We have many fond memories of your Dad as neighbours on Squires Street. I will miss his “wisdom” on many topics and our talks about fishing. I have most of his fishing gear that he gave me and will remember him for years to come! Sorry we could not make the celebration but our thoughts and prayers go out to you and the family. Best Regards John and Tracy McDonald

So sorry for your loss Norman and girls. Loved your mom and dad. They were our Mall family and looked forward to seeing them every morning. Your mom loved her daily hug. Your dad so attentively looked after her. He was mischievous and I loved teasing him-I always called him trouble with a capital “T”. Sure do miss them but never forgotten. My deepest sympathy and hugs to all of you.

Dear Norman & Family... I'm so deeply sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. What an extraordinary life! I remember your mum & dad well, especially from the days of Capital Gardens... him & Harold, & James (the owner) treated me very kindly as a newbie to Fredericton, and I had lots of laughs with them (and amazing food)... I do remember all of that. My deepest condolences to you all. I'm so glad you saw me in the parking lot today Norman, and came up to me... otherwise I might have missed it. I will definitely plan to be there, to honour and remember your dad, a most special loved one in your life. R.I.P. Wing.

So sorry to hear of Uncle Koong Fu passing. I just saw the posting of the Celebration of Life. We shall be paying our respect on June 30th. We used to go fishing on weekdays in 1975-78 along with Hoi Wong during summer. He was always friendly and had a great sense of humour

We will miss seeing Wing on his walks at Regent Mall stopping to rub my husband’s bald head for good luck and to tease us about being “Trouble”. Rest in peace Wing. You were a great guy. Elaine and Hector

Sincere condolences to Norman and the rest of the family. Mr. Chan was a friendly face and a valued neighbor on Squires Street for many years, and my wife and I (like most of Fredericton) loved the Pink Pear.l.

To the family: I didn’t know him but I loved eating at the Pink Pearl when it was on Queen Street. The service was excellent as was anything and everything I ordered there. If my friends and I wanted to go out for a Chinese meal it was always our first choice . May he rest in peace. Hank Williams
