As a proud member of the group of 6, I am very sad to learn of Ann's passing. My heart goes out to Heather, Mitchell and their families. I remember fondly the summer Ann turned 16 and got an old Vega that we girls spent the spring fixing up! From changing fenders, grinding off rust and repainting, changing a hood and a door if I remember correctly, to many other bits and pieces. Then we drove that baby for years, all of us piled in!!!! So many great memories. I can't hear the song of the Beach Boys "California Girls" and not be taken right back and remember cruising in that Vega with Ann and the girls!
