Allen Stuart MacIntosh

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Allen Stuart MacIntosh, of Enniskillen, on July 26, 2025. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the Hospice House in Fredericton, NB. Born on September 9, 1953, he was the son of the late Winnifred Stevens, and Robert MacIntosh.

Allen worked as a roofer, and was known for his friendly hardworking nature. He enjoyed spending his time with his best friend, Bob Prosser, at his house and cottage.

Allen is survived by his children, Victor MacIntosh (Jill), Katie MacIntosh (Kevin), and Desiree Thériault; grandchildren, Brock, Quinn, Lachlan, Meadow, Angelica, Joshua, Drake, and Dominque; siblings, Robert MacIntosh, David MacIntosh (Eliza), Karen Albert (Norbert), Ronald MacIntosh, Randall MacIntosh (Kari), Elizabeth MacIntosh, Danny MacIntosh (Gladys), Wendy Cleghorn (Charlie), Ricky MacIntosh, and Brenda Williams (Evan), as well as many extended family members, whom he loved dearly.

In addition to his parents, Allen was predeceased by sisters, Helen Pierce, Linda Cleghorn; brother, Donald (Cathy) MacIntosh; baby sister, Peggy MacIntosh, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Hospice House whose care was nothing short of exceptional, as well as the doctors and nurses at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, and The Extra Mural Program staff. We would also like to thank all his friends and family for all their visits, help, support, and love. A special thank you to the wonderful staff and his friends at Enhanced Living Oromocto, whom he cherished and spoke of every day. Thank you for your care, all of you were always by his side when needed.

As per Allen's request, there will be no visitation or funeral. A small family ceremony will be held at a later date.
