I met Betty through my wife Jill; who was (and still is) a member of the Elm City Echoes like Betty was. Two words I'd use to describe Betty would be "class act". I found her to be kind; positive; fun; and one of the most personable people I've ever come across. The world could use more people like Betty.

So sorry for your family’s loss. I was fortunate enough to have Bettt as a client while I was a hairdresser in ThomasHall Shannex up until Dec 2023. I deeply missed her along with others when I had an accident and couldn’t come back to work. I’ve thought of her often. RIP Betty Szo. Such a sweet gentle soul!
