Obituary of Terry Wayne Belanger

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Wayne Belanger at Bobby’s Hospice in Saint John on August 27, 2025. Terry was born on May 27, 1961 in Saint John. He spent his younger years in Minto, NB as he was raised by his grandmother (Mom) and grandfather (Dad).

Terry lived in different parts of NB and made multiple friendships every where he lived. Terry was always very helpful and willing to help out in any fashion.  Terry loved being outdoors especially in the woods and hanging with his friends at their camp. He loved nature, animals, and country music. He loved to watch the news on TV especially CNN.  He was always up to date on the current local news. He enjoyed sketching people and nature scenes. Terry was an avid Bingo, Cribbage and Lotto 649 player. Terry lived on the Nashwaak River a good part of his life and he truly enjoyed it there. He was so relaxed in the rural setting and did not take to urban living. Terry will be missed by all those who knew him and cared about him.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Makin in Saint John for getting Terry into Bobby’s Hospice and to the nurses for the gentle care they provided to Terry in his final moments.
