Dear Dot, Scott, Lori and all the Dixon family:
I was saddened to learn of Ray's passing. He was a true gentleman; always wiling to share his wealth of knowledge and advice, especially with new lawyers seeking his wise counsel. He had a remarkable career, but more importantly, he was a great all around guy who you loved to run into and share a few laughs with. He will be missed. Please accept our condolences on your loss.

Dear Dot, Scott, Lori and family,
We were very sad to learn of Ray's recent passing. Ray was an outstanding person, whether as a husband, father, lawyer or community volunteer. I have fond memories growing up in your house on Pembroke Crescent with Scott, and attending various Canadian Bar Association events across the country with our two families. Ray always had a smile and a gentle demeanour, and was the epitome of a "gentleman". I enjoyed keeping in touch with Ray over the last several years at Beaverbrook Scholar events at UNB -- an organization that will miss him dearly. I know how much Ray and Dot meant to my parents and I'm sure Ray is with them in heaven skiing down some fabulous trail in the mountains. Fredericton is a lesser place without Ray in it. Our sincere condolences. We will see you on Tuesday at the service. With much love, Jamie and Gisele Petrie
