Obituary of Gail Louise Farrell
It is with great sadness that the family of Gail Louise Farrell announces her passing at Hospice Fredericton, with her family by her side, on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Born in Fredericton on January 28, 1964, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Phyllis (Sweetapple) Sanderson.
Surviving are her husband, Michael; son, Mark Farrell (Carole St-Coeur Farrell); grandchildren, Taylor and Brianna; siblings, Carol Johnson, Debbie Clements (George), Wanda Worthen, Bobby Worthen, Tammy MacKinnon (Jim) and Sandy Sanderson (Kerri); as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Gail was predeceased by an infant daughter, Candy and brothers, Burt and David Worthen.
Gail was employed with Canada Post and also worked as a hair dresser helping her clients in their own home. She enjoyed interior design. She loved to travel and collect shoes. She was an avid bingo player.
The family would to thank the members of Hospice House Fredericton and the staff of MTU, for their wonderful care.
A celebration of Gail’s life with be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Chruch Hall on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
