Jo-Ann and Family: I was deeply saddened at the news of Frank's passing and wish to extend our most sincere condolences to all members of his family. I first met Frank in Germany during the 1970's, and had the pleasure of flying with him throughout my tour with 444 Squadron. Later, during the 1980's I was blessed to serve with him in Gagetown with 403 Squadron. On both tours together, we had many opportunities through work and sports to share laughs, challenges and successes. Not only was Frank a master of his profession, he was always a most respectful, kind and generous human being. It was a true honour to be counted amongst his many friends. I shall always cherish his memory.

My husband Len & I used to visit Joan & Frank whenever we went to CT to visit mom (Marie Parady) and we have kept in touch for years. Joan, I'm sorry that you have now joined me in the loss of our beloved husbands. After the many years we've both been married, it will be a difficult road to walk alone but we will pray for each other and look forward to seeing them again before too long. Sending love & prayers to you all. Avis Romine & family

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Frank... I had just found him a few months ago and thought I would try to visit him and hear some stories of the time he and my Dad shared while working together in Calgary of which I'm sure there were many.
We had some good conversations together , another great soldier gone to soon.
Please accept my deepest condolences.

I worked with Frank at Kent for 15 years. I don’t recall him ever calling me by my actual name. I was given the “Frank” name of Ester, and every time I came within earshot, I would hear him call “Ester!” across the store, and I would yell back “Franklin!” Frank went above and beyond not only with his customers, but with the staff in sharing his knowledge and sharing his experiences. He shared stories of both his victories and his struggles with those close to him. I benefited from hearing both and applying them to work and my home life. Frank will be missed by many, but I hope it provides some comfort in knowing how many lives he touched and how much he meant to those he worked with.

Jo-Ann, Family, Extended Family, What a wonderful man and a privilege to know over the years. He was a faithful soldier spiritually and naturally of the highest honour and distinction. He will now be granted his eternal reward. Enjoyed coaching Junior and Senior Bible Quizzing over the years during Bro. Rymarchuk’s leadership. Always enjoyed shopping at Kent’s as he was a wonderful helpful knowledgeable employee. It was always a pleasure to be invited to family outings at Cheryl and Anthony’s where he was usually the guest of honour. Always enjoyed his company, conversation, wit, and perspective. He will be greatly missed and remembered with fondness. Brian and Janet Ingraham

I was sorry to learn of the passing of your beloved Frank.
I have such good memories of the two of you when we
were stationed in Hemer/Iserlohn 1967-70. The last time
I saw Frank was when he attended Colby's funeral in
Sussex in 2002. He lived a long, ineresting life, and will
be missed by many in your community. My thoughts and
prayers are with all of your family at this difficult time.

Frank loved God, God’s Word and people. He was such a giver and loved to help people in practical ways. He was so faithful to God’s House and I will forever miss his mischievous smile and twinkling eyes. His church family loves him and already misses him. We can’t wait to see him again in our heavenly home!

My sincere condolences. I knew Frank from the bank I worked at. He liked to call me the boss even though I wasn’t. He was the kindest man with a great sense of humour. He was tough as nails as is his beautiful wife. You could tell how much he loved JoAnne just by the expression on his face when her name was mentioned. He will be missed by many. Many prayers for his family.

Frank was a faithful man of his word and could always be counted on. Even while residing at the DVA, Frank would bring his car to church, even in the middle of a storm. He was a vibrant man with a great sense of humor and he loved people. It would be difficult to find anyone more devoted to a cause than Frank. Our lives were all enriched by this great man of valor, integrity, and faith.

Such a truly special man. There are countless memories each one precious in its own way and I’ll hold them close to my heart forever. His kindness, his laughter, the way he made everyone feel seen and valued… those moments don’t fade. They become treasures we carry, reminders of a life that touched so many. Though he’s no longer here with us, the love and memories he left behind will live on always, and they’ll continue to shape us in the most beautiful ways.

What a tease!
Strong willed! Yes. He was Frank the Tank. Unstoppable. And, like the tank gunner he was in his early years, a straight shooter with either a piercing round or explosive round when his words arrived at their destination. :)
Above all, he had a heart so big you couldn't see the edges. In that way he took after his heavenly Father. Frank would give you the shirt off his back... and then thank You for the opportunity to serve You!
