Obituary of Terrence Ewing Noble

Terrence “Terry” Ewing Noble passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Born on January 14, 1942, he was the son of the late Herbert and Leona (Phillips) Noble.

A welder by trade, Terry owned and operated his own business, Noble’s Auto Parts, for more than 45 years. His strong work ethic and craftsmanship earned him the respect of many. Outside of work, Terry found joy in cutting firewood, fishing, hunting, gardening, and doting on his grandchildren. He was known for his storytelling, honest opinion, delivering uncompromising truth, and his gift for being “sociable.”

For 57 years, Terry was devoted to his wife, Maureen (Harris) Noble. Together they built a loving family and a life filled with hard work, laughter, and deep connection. He was a proud father to Trent Noble (Nancy Prosser), Shawna Noble (Darren Grant), and Karen Janes (Douglas), and a cherished grandfather to Tate Noble, Mark Janes, Emmett Janes, and Aurora Janes. He is further survived by his sister, Darla Scott (Stephen); brother, Gary Noble, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Terry was predeceased by his siblings, Milton Noble, Janice McLean, Carole Neal, and Sharon Nason.

Terry will be remembered for his generosity, individuality and love he shared so freely with those around him.

A special thank you to Dr. Harvey, Dr. Benaya, and the staff in the Emergency and Cardiac Care Unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital.
