Obituary of Sharon Gail Vranckaert

The family of Sharon Vranckaert sadly announces that she passed away on April 29, 2026 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She was born on November 16, 1941 to Germain and Albert Vranckaert in Alberta.

She will be sadly missed by her best friend, Helen; sisters, Linda and Judy; brothers, Randy and Mark, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be reunited with her beloved brother Robert.

We want to leave a special note of thanks to her close friends that have always been there for her, Dr. Gordon McDonald, Dr. Jeff Barton, Hospice House Fredericton, the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital and its staff, all of whom were so very compassionate and helpful.

A funeral service will be held at McAdam’s Funeral Home on Saturday, May 9, 2026 beginning at 11:00 am, with Rev. Dr. Kelly Burke officiating.
