michelle and family. so sorry for your loss. i remember kathy and your dad from walking in our subdivision. kathy always had a smile and spead her cheer and friendliness to all. i stil remember them walking hand in hand. she will be missed.

Michelle and family please accept my deepest sympathies to you. I just heard of Kathy’s passing a few moments ago. I worked at Social Development with your Mom from the year ‘2000 till her retirement. Your Mom was an incredibly kind woman, who always had a joyful smile, a quick joke to share and a huge list of recommendations to make concerning which book we should read next. A great book always accompanied her during lunch and break times at 300 St. Mary’s St. She was a very professional woman who supported and advocated fiercely, for the woman she supervised. I’ve not thought of Kathy in a long time but was so saddened to learn of her recent journey. She will make heaven a joyful place with her music. She will rest in peace now, no more struggles with pain or disease. May God bless you all as you lean on our Heavenly Father and one another to comfort each other.

Michelle and family, I was so sorry to hear of your dear Mother’s passing. I will always remember her beautiful smile that lit up any room she was in and made others smile just looking at her. When she sat down at the piano she just let the music flow through her. It certainly was amazing to see and brought joy to all who had the opportunity to see and hear her musical talent. I was privileged to be part of the Stepping Stone choir with her and Verna. They will be making beautiful music once again. Please take care of yourself and your family. You have learned from the best.
