Obituary of Valorie Shirley Gallagher

Valorie Shirley Gallagher (nee Mitton) - Born December 6, 1953 in Saint John, New Brunswick. Passed away Monday September  21, 2026 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton NB, at the age of 72, on her own terms and at the time of her choosing, after many years of multiple chronic illnesses.

Valorie is survived by her husband of 52 years Edward Gallagher. Also survived by beloved canine companion,  Louie Mayday Gallagher;  daughter, Shannon (Dave);  grandchildren,  Jake and Macson of Edmonton, Alberta, and sister, Susan (Harvey);  nieces, Anna, Jennifer, Bridget and Beth.

Predeceased by her father, Valmore C Mitton; mother, Margaret Mae Mitton (nee Grey);  brothers, Walter D “Danny” Mitton, (Nora);  Douglas C Mitton, (Marilyn);  sister, Judy (Jack). Grandparents, Walter and Bernice Mitton.

Valories request that there be no visitation or service will be respected.
