Obituary of Kenneth Robert Sampson

The family of Kenneth Robert Sampson, of Fredericton, New Brunswick, sadly announces his passing at the age of 81 years, on August 21st, 2022. The son of Cyrus and Barbara Sampson, Kenneth was born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, on August 25th, 1940. Kenneth is survived by his loving partner Beatrice Yerxa, to whom he was deeply committed to for 20+ years. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Joyce Sampson, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Dexter Sampson (Joan), David Sampson (Joyce), and his sister, Anita Latham (Don). After retiring from carpentry, he enjoyed his daily walks to the library, reading, and listening to his favorite country music oldies. Arrangements have been entrusted to McAdam’s Funeral Home. Per Kenneth’s wishes, no visitation or funeral will be held. A private burial will take place at Fredericton Rural Cemetery at a later date.
