During the early 1970's Neil provided a vital link between Canada and Pakistan for his team of Canadians and their families stationed in Karachi. Stu had the pleasure of reporting to Neil while working at the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant and was always grateful for Neil's guidance and support. Neil was a champion with his contributions to Canada's peaceful nuclear energy program, and we will all miss him.
