Have known Alton for many years, met him in Jaycees in the 70's in Moncton. Over the last number of years, Alton would drop into the store for a chat . Always enjoyed seeing him!

So sorry to hear of Alton’s passing. I have know Alton for nearly 50 years and he was an excellent land surveyor and a good friend. We served for a number of years on the board of examiners of the Association of NB Land Surveyors. He was always very thorough in his assessment of survey apprentices. Alton was also a great story teller.

Alton was a church friend as we both attended St.John the Baptist Anglican church. He was always kind and we often sat across the table at parish breakfasts. One time we had a bad wind storm and several large branches fell off a tree in my front yard. Alton cleaned they up for me. I only noticed this after i got home from work. He will be truly missed by his family. Sue Arsenault
