Obituary of Ariane Amarualik

C’est avec tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de notre belle petite fille Ariane, survenu à l’hôpital de Moncton, alors que nous tentions de nous rendre à IWK à Halifax le 4 juillet. Elle aura été dans notre monde pendant 27 jours.

 

Outre ses parents Maryse et Jean-François Morin, elle laissera un grand vide dans le cœur de ses grands-parents maternels Gaëtane et Gervais Marin, ses grands-parents paternels Gérald et Patricia Morin ainsi, sa marraine Geneviève (Mihai) et ses oncles Philippe (Sonia) et François (Sonia) ainsi que ses cousines et ses cousins.

 

Elle laissera également un grand vide dans le cœur de ses parents biologiques, Sarah Amarualik et Michael Anaviapik, ainsi que les membres de leurs familles. Malgré les circonstances difficiles, nous tenons à souligner notre gratitude et notre amour pour ces familles, qui nous ont accueillis à bras ouverts, comme les leurs.

 

En la douce mémoire d’Ariane, les rituels funéraires auront lieu dans l’intimité de sa famille. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, des hommages peuvent être rendus à la mémoire d'Ariane à IWK. 

 

Nous t’aimons Ariane. Tu seras pour toujours dans nos cœurs et un jour, nous nous retrouverons.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beautiful little daughter Ariane, who passed away at the Moncton hospital while we were trying to get to the IWK in Halifax on July 4. She was in our world for 27 days.

 

In addition to her parents Maryse and Jean-François Morin, she will be sadly missed by her maternal grandparents Gaëtane and Gervais Marin, her paternal grandparents Gérald and Patricia Morin, her godmother Geneviève (Mihai) and her uncles Philippe (Sonia) and François (Sonia), as well as her cousins.

 

She will also be greatly missed by her biological parents, Sarah Amarualik and Michael Anaviapik, as well as members of their families. Despite the difficult circumstances, we would like to express our gratitude and love for these families, who welcomed us with open arms, as their own.

 

In Ariane's loving memory, funeral services will be held in the privacy of her family. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made in memory of Ariane to the IWK. 

 

We love you Ariane. You will always be in our hearts, and one day, we will meet again.
