Obituary of Audrey Mildred (Carr) Nichols

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved social butterfly, Audrey Carr Nichols. She was born on October 27th, 1945 and left us on July 6th, 2023. During this time, Audrey was commonly known for her hint of sassiness on everything and her cheeky grin will be missed by all.

Audrey will be missed and remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; Mildred and Trafford Carr of Geary, as well as her siblings, with whom she will be reunited.

On behalf of Audrey’s family, we would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Riverview Comfort Special Care Home, along with the staff at Hospice for making Audrey’s last little bit of time here with us as comfortable as possible and most home-like.

There will be a celebration of life for Audrey on July 23, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the Geary Lions Club.
