We offer sincere condolences as you grieve for your father, grandfather, and great grandfather. May you find comfort in knowing others share your grief. Terry and I have many happy fond memories of our time visiting both Jim and Joan on our annual visits to Fredericton. Jim's life was blessed with his faith and family. We will fondly remember Jim for his kindness and sharing of his time to friends, especially to our Mum - Marg Gorman, the rides to church and picking up groceries, collecting funds for the television Mass, his beautiful paintings, and his devotion to Joan. I am deeply saddened to hear of your dad’s passing. I worked with Jim many years ago. In fact, when our oldest son was born he painted a portrait of him and another one of our second son. I loved Joan and Jim for over 64 years. They were friends and neighbours and someone to share with. You were so blessed to have parents who laughed and smiled. Jim taught me one thing..don't say "luck". It is a blessing. Bless all of you! Sean, Mark and Anne Marie I need your address! Lois Baker

My sincere sympathy on the great loss of your dad, granddad and great granddad. He and Joan were so good to my dear mother-in-law, Marg G. I have one of Jim’s paintings of a coastal scene on my mantel and cherish it because it was done by his hands. His love of nature was obvious, and I often chatted with him as he sat outside on the lovely grounds of Pine Grove. God bless all of you. Sincerely, Anne Gorman
