Obituary of Marilyn Patricia LeRoy

Marilyn LeRoy passed away peacefully on December 23, 2023 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Born October 4, 1947 in Saint John, New Brunswick, she was a daughter to the late Lawrence “Larry” Walter LeRoy and Mary Josephine LeRoy (Whitaker).

Marilyn’s life passion was her family. She will forever be remembered for the selfless love, devotion, and support she provided. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Carr; son, Christopher Carr (Melissa); grandchildren, Samantha, Emily, Riley, Jessica, Madison, Olivia; great grandson, River; brothers, John “Jack” (Nancy), Michael (Jacqueline), Thomas (Hilary Read); sisters, Jeannette Glaspy, Anne-Marie LeRoy (Lorne Hillcoat), and Christine Cipolla (Dino); several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother in-law, Michael Glaspy; nephews, Larry Glaspy and Paul Glaspy.

A private service, celebration of life will take place at a later date.
