Gordon I still have the poems you wrote for me
You wrote them because I whined and we were friends
We will always be friends with such memories
We laughed until we cried some days - our Florida days will never be forgotten
Watching you and Richard and sometimes Perly saunter up the 18th fairway is forever etched in my mind.
Nights with you and Joanne (from fine dining to an oyster bar) were always the best. I will miss you terribly and will forever hear your laugh.

It is with deep regret I learn of the passing of Gordon McLeod. My late husband and I met Gordon and Joanne when we were neighbors at Ste. Anne;s Court. Whenever we would meet Gordon, he greeted us with a great smile. . We always enjoyed our weekly Bridge games together as well.
May his Memories be a Blessing to you Joanne and the family.
My Deepest Condolences to you all.

I was saddened to read of Gordon's passing. He was my boss at Dept. of Environment for many years. We had a great team led by a great man who had a wonderful laugh. Our branch was the envy of the whole department. Gordon lived a long life and had many friends. Rest easy Gordon, you are missed. Sending our sincere condolences, along with lots of love and strength at this difficult time, to both Joanne and Gordon's family.

I knew Gordon a short time , in contrast to Joanne’s family that I can trace back to her Dad , Sandy . I met Gordon when interviewing for the book The Wheelchair Warrior . Gordon was warm ,welcoming , friendly , and generous with his time. As a couple Joanne and Gordon were a successful team and each credited the other with making them a better person. Throughout life Gordon garnered many friends , a tribute to his affable , likeable personality. A kind and generous spirit , he will be missed in many circles.

One of the highest values in life is friendship and when I think of Gordon or see his photo, I see a dear friend. It is with sadness that he leaves us. My condolences to all his family and dear friends. He will be missed. He wrote a poem about friendship for me once. No one else has ever done that for me. Gratitude for all you have been and done Gordon.
