Duncan was a proud veteran and a long time key fixture at the New Maryland Remembrance Day service along with his American veteran friend Ed. He will be missed by many more than he would have ever realized. God bless and watch over you Duncan.

The first 2 pictures were taken last summer when Duncan and Shirley camped in their RV for the weekend at our campsite in Bouctouche, NB. He was in his glory when he got up to sing with the house band. It was a rainy day when they left so I took a picture of them in their rain ponchos as they were too cute! It was a very memorable weekend! The 3rd picture was taken just this past December.
Best father-in-law ever. We miss you dearly.

Duncan was an absolute pleasure to meet and serve at Walmart Fredericton. I met him about 4 years ago when I began working in the Pharmacy dpt and had nothing but pleasant/positive interactions. He will always be one of my favourite customers. We will absolutely miss his visits and witty comebacks. It was always a joy. I recall accidentally calling him Henry for a few months and he graciously never corrected me. Haha.
Blessings

Duncan was a wonderful guy! He worked with my husband Bill at Walmart in the late 90's and they had a wonderful time together. Duncan told me once that Bill never left the store without going through checkout, as he ALWAYS bought something! We would meet up occasionally and always had a great chat. Bill and Duncan also shared a love for barber shop music. My family and I send our condolences. His death will leave a huge hole in your family, as Bill's did in ours, and we wish you all the best in coping with with this great loss.
