Remembering Bob from back in the day as a close tennis cohort and friend of the late George Wandless . I was fortunate enough to be on a court with those two guys for several years , and good sportsmanship and good mood was in abundance. Both are gone now, both are greatly missed. Elaine and Chris, So very sorry to hear about Bob. I have such fond memories of him growing up. He was such a great person, and great personality. Full of life ! It always brings a smile to my face thinking about my dad and Bob and their different adventures. They loved to feed off each other, and were constantly thinking about the next thing to laugh about. My mom and dad truly treasured their time with you and Bob, and your friendship. Thinking about you both in this difficult time. Please take care, and hope to see you on a visit home.

My sincerest condolences to Mr Kenyon’s wife and family. Mr Kenyon was one of my favourite teachers when he taught Writing at Oromocto High School before I graduated in 1997. He always fostered an atmosphere for creativity in his classroom where everyone was an equal. He never made his students feel pressure or stress to perform but always inspired and encouraged them to be their best and to believe in themselves and their personal expression.
I hope it is a comfort to his family that he was loved and appreciated by so many over the years, as he was such an incredible person.
Rest in Peace, Mr Kenyon. Thank you for being you and for the passion you inspired in me for writing. May God bless and comfort your family in their loss.

I am a former student of Mr. Robert Kenyon, as an OHS graduate in the class of 1975.... one of thousands who were so very fortunate to have such a wonderful Geography teacher. Someone who helped us to see not just a map, but all the wonders of this big old world. He delivered his message in a way that was interesting and witty, and he enjoyed poking a little fun when he got the chance. He was born to be an educator, and it was obvious that he loved what he did.
I send my deepest condolences to all the family. May he rest in peace. And, may your memories be a comfort as you go forward.

Our deepest condolences to Elaine and family. I very much enjoyed playing tennis with Bob at Wilmot Park with the Fredericton Seniors group. You had to watch out for Bob's drop shot, though - he snuck one in as often as possible.

Dear Elaine, I was so saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. He was a dear friend and colleague with whom I worked often in a variety of professional activities. We also shared the love of drama, and directed together at Provincial Drama Festival, OHS variety shows, and retiring teacher dinners. He loved teaching, and those he taught loved him. He was truly a good and kind man,, and a consummate educator. My sincere condolences to you, and the family. Mickie Bowman
