Our deepest condolences to you all on the loss of this lovely man, who I am proud to call cousin.
We cherish the memory of meeting you all on our trip back east, and will treasure the short time we spent with this wonderful human, and hearing his stories of our family, whom he was so very proud of. Our hearts go out to you all. Tammy & Pierre

Bud was a great "brother" and friend. I first met him when I was working in Oromocto at Process Technology in 1984. He was the HR Manager. When I joined Lodge, he was Director of Ceremonies. He was my mentor when I went through the chairs in Lodge. A friend indeed. He will be missed.

Our love and condolences go out to Catherine and Mike and their family, to Kevin and Owena and their family. As Bud's sister, I was always so proud to be able to talk about Bud and his family. Bud was an incredible man and well loved by all our family. His sense of humour always made me grin and I was fortunate enough to have him meet my husband and to have both my brother and my husband get along so well. For all his accomplishments, he was so modest, for all his love of his family, he was so very proud. Simply, for me, he was my big brother and so very much my touchstone with the East Coast part of the family. Living on the west coast we did not get to visit often but those visits were always very special. Rest now, Bud, so very glad that you are with your lovely Kay, Rest now in peace, forever in our memories. Jean

Bud and Kay were special people and dear friends. Bud's masonic legacy was unprecedented and an inspiration to so many brothers. I was fortunate to have known them both and have traveled with them. Bud was a fellow Bluenoser and mentor. Lori and I extend our sympathy to Bud's family and friends. Cheers Brother.

Years ago, Bud and I went fishing. As we were walking down a path to the awaiting fishing hole, we encountered a bear on the path. For several minutes Bud and I stood looking at the bear while the bear looked at us. Eventually the bear wandered off. Bud then asked "what should we do now". I replied that we came this far, may as well continue on, which we did. Fished for the afternoon and then went home. Upon arriving home Bud told Kay of our encounter with the bear and how I suggested continuing on. I looked at Kay and told her I didn't have to out run the bear, just Bud. It was a good day.
