Our condolences to the family. My parents Lawrence ( deceased) and Ruth Gorlick spoke highly of Ken, every time they came to our house ( we live down the street ) they would say that is Ken and Carolyn’s house, "Ken was the best builder in Fredericton". Mom and Dad knew Ken and Carolyn for many years through the church, recently Mom has moved to Brunswick Hall, In speaking to Ken one day while out walking he told us how he helped Mom get home after visiting Carolyn, he said it with a bit of a chuckle. And when I walked by during the garage sale, Ken really tried hard to sell me a VW rim, with a big smile on his face.
I know he will be missed by the family greatly and by many others.

I admired Uncle Ken so much. He was strong and kind, generous and trustworthy. I remember his warm smile and his gentle laugh. He and Aunt Carolyn raised a family of good character, a credit to what a fine man he was. Sincerest Condolences to Aunt Carolyn, to my cousins and their families, Evelyn (and Jack and family)

We met Ken through attending church and in the early 1990's, he built our house. Ken's high personal and professional standards were always evident.
Ken and Carolyn value family highly and were always kind to me and mine - in particular, my daughter Kathleen was a big fan of Ken.
If heaven is in need of any repairs, I am sure Ken will be there to lend a hand.
To Carolyn and family, may all your memories of Ken bring you comfort at this time.

My condolences to the entire family. I have been acquainted with them through the Cathedral since 1975 when I came to Fredericton for university. Ken and Carolyn are my parents’ age; my mother knew Carolyn through Diocesan ACW. I met Michael through choir. Over the years, Ken and Carolyn have been part of my cathedral family. I’ll miss his presence.

So sorry to hear of Ken’s passing, my condolences to the family. I knew Ken from the Cathedral, where he was passionate about helping others in things he did (mainly buildings/Holy Joes activities).
In 90’s I was one of the vergers at the Cathedral. I remember one cold night when I went to lock up the Cathedral for the night, I discovered a pipe in choir vesting room had sprung a leak. Ken was first person I could think, so I called him for help. He rushed over and knew where to go for water shutoff. Just tells me his passion of helping others / love for life at the Cathedral.

Our memories of Ken are mostly to do with tall ladders ….. climbing to the heights of the cathedral to change a light bulb!! We watched in fear. He was in his element … as a key member of the cathedral carpenters, The Holy Joes.
Ken also was the expert builder that we had build a beautiful shed for us at our cottage several years ago He also replaced all the old windows for new so expertly…. Fitting carefully where needed
He was a regular attendee at services & we always shared pleasantries as dear friends. David & I loved & respected him. We have lost a great man & shall miss his twinkle.
