Dear Vincent, The Medjuck family remembers with gratitude the role that Irmgaard played in our Mother's life. You were the kindest neighbours and friends that anyone could have wished for. Irmgaard took care of Mom when we were not there to do so. What a great lady. Our deepest sympathy. Gertrude Cohos, Marilyn Kulcsar and Joe Medjuck

I was so sorry to read of Imrmgard's death on Nov. 26th. She was a multi-talented woman and Fredericton was much enriched by her living here. I enjoyed meeting her at Museum functions.

The holiday season reminded me of how lovely and interesting Irmgard's Christmas decorations were. She had a great sense of style. The holidays also reminded me of what a welcoming and effective hostess she was and your obituary, Vincent, brought home how accomplished she was in so many things. My sincere condolences on her passing.

Dear Vincent: On behalf of Stanya, Mark and Kerri I'm sending you the most sincere condolences. Despite of Irmgard's long life, her departure was nothing less than a hard shocker to our family that has been so close to both of you, Irmgard and you, Vincent. It's seams very odd to realistically recognize that we are actually not close relatives with each other! Visiting you. Irmgard and you, Vincent, has felt like going into our second home in Fredericton. Just stepping in, through your door. the warmth has surrounded us with feeling, we have never experienced anywhere else. Irmgard has always been the first, opening your door, with her sincere smile, you as a proper gentleman, stood close behind her. When our children were small, they have always raced to be the first inside of the Eriksons' lovely home. And, regardless, if we came to join you for an evening dinner or an afternoon tea, the fragrance of the food or tea, has always promised something yummy. When Stanya's mother was able to join us, she has been elated that for once, she wouldn't have to cook and enjoyed the home-made to perfection sweets. made to perfection. The language barrier did not interfere with Irmgard's and Milada's close to silent, but visible conversation. It has always shown that she was perfectly understood. How many times Mark's and Kerri's eyes admired the Christmas tree trimmed with Irmgard's hand-made ornaments! The ladies' trio has had the most to share trio each other. They were all Art oriented. It's difficult to differentiate all positive virtues, from Irmgard's and yours, Vincent. You two were such close couple of marvelous people! We were so blessed to have you as our close friends! If I would want to thank for great sunny, happy afternoons and admire flowers and their arrangements, and conversations, I would hesitate, as who we should give credits to, because you were given to us, an equal portion of yourselves. And, if I want and MUST to thank you once more, for letting Mark to stay in your home, when he was so terribly ill, again, I would have to thank equally to both of you. Thinking about it now, I can hardly remember an occasion, when I or we would meet only one of you alone. It's so very rare to see or even heard about. These were Irmgard and Vincent, an exemplary couple, for you! There would be MUCH MORE positive to say about Irmgard and you, Vincent. We wish you many more sunny and happy days ahead of you, Vincent. We'll never forget neither of you and are only phone away...and around the corner, relatively speaking. With love and a heart felt appreciation, Stanya, Mark, Kerri and Karel Michalica.
