Hello Carol. Our condolences on Carl's passing. Over the years that I got to know Carl, I always appreciated his smile and that warm greeting that fronted a very intelligent and questioning personality. Over the years I certainly saw his generosity and support for friends, and community. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Carol, I am so very saddened to hear of Carl's passing. I have such wonderful memories of you both during my employment with CIBC. It was such a pleasure to get to know you both and the laughs, mostly at Carl's expense were a bonus! Please know you are held dear in my thoughts during this difficult time.

Carol, we are sending our sincere condolences to you and your sons for Carl's sudden passing On April 5th. Carl was a very special cousin with a huge heart, a warm smile, a tremendous sense of humour and an infectious laugh. Spending time with him at the Junction, Saint John, including Drury Cove, Fredericton and Edmonton was always an absolute delight. Not only was he so interesting because of his involvement in so many different activities, but he always made you feel special because he was also interested in what was happening in your life. May the memories of your wonderful times spent together help you through this difficult time. With love Joan & Fred Batten
