Obituary of Gerald Joseph Maillet

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald Maillet on July 30, 2020. He was born in Minto on October 26, 1931. Gerald was a mechanic by trade. He enjoyed his weekly card games at the legion. He is survived by his wife, Edith Hickey; three children of his previous marriage, Joseph (Donna), Linda Hicks (Roy), and Brenda Richard (Larry); four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Gerald is predeceased by his parents, Jude and Alma (Boudreau) Maillet of Minto; brother, Ernest; sisters, Rita, Alice, and Velma. As per Gerald’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. For those who wish, remembrance can be made to Hospice Fredericton.
