Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Neil. I first met Neil and Vivian when I moved to Kimble Terrace. He made it a point to knock on my door and welcome me to the neighborhood. A kinder, more gentle man you could ever meet. Neil fought a courageous battle and during that time he never lost his smile and kind heart. May each of you treasure the years of joy and hundreds of memories.
