Growing up, our family lived 2 doors down from the Lapointe family on Gorham Drive. We knew John well, and I always enjoyed our chats in later years when we would cross paths. Such a happy and pleasant presence. RIP former neighbour, and hugs to his entire family.

So sorry to hear of John’s passing. We have known John for years through the Knights, bowling , and on the golf course. His laugh and mischievous way will be sorely missed by all who knew him. My sincere condolences to John's family. I worked with John for many years at NB Housing. His laugh was infectious, his smile wide and open, his eyes twinkled when he teased us, and it was a pleasure working with him. I ran into him a few years ago when he was working at Home Hardware. Hadn't seen him in years. We stood there and talked and talked. Just like old times. May he rest in peace. Linda Robertson
