I was very privileged to have known Ken for the last twenty years of his remarkable life. I always marvelled at his intelligence and quick wit, but mostly at his amazing mental strength and resilience in dealing with his health issues.

I am sorry to hear about Ken’s passing. During my 20 year tenure at NB Power, I worked with Ken on a number of files, some of sensitive or contentious nature. Ken was a sensible, insighrful, knowledgeable , collaborative and respectful colleague. When I moved to Ottawa, he took time from his busy schedule to come see me and talk about his time in Ottawa, especially at Hillcrest High School.
My warm condolences to the family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Sending our deepest sympathy . We have many memories of Ken , We remember that almost every time we arrived across the street to visit with Barb and Ray, ,Ken would soon be coming in their front door to say hello...always with a smile and funny comment.
You are all in our thoughts.

Everyone at the Unitarian Fellowship loved having Ken as part of our group. We always had great conversations with Ken and he had thoughtful comments at our services. Ken enriched our lives in many ways. He will be greatly missed.

I treasured time with Ken, whether it was playing intense Scrabble games, 45s, hanging out at Harvey Lake, or listening to the sound of his laughter. His resilience and perhaps stubbornness served him well in the battle for his health. I have so much respect and admiration for this gentleman - he will be dearly missed by so many. It was an honor and a privilege to know him. Sending all my love and condolences to the family, Paula xoxo
